William Fanciullo has been a litigation attorney for over 28 years.
After graduation from law school in 1979, he started as a Trial Attorney with
The United States Department of Justice in Washington, D.C. Then he became an Assistant United States Attorney in Albany, New York. William Fanciullo conducted investigations and prosecuted criminal cases, and handled all types of civil cases for his then client, The United States of America. He commenced lawsuits on behalf of the government and defended suits brought against it and its agents. Mr. Fanciullo continued in this position, receiving recognition for his work, until 1989, when he went into private practice. Mr. Fanciullo has his own practice, limited to litigation and litigation related matters.
